Hearing Aid Leasing ...
Is It Right for Me?

How to pay for your hearing aids is an important decision.

Your hearing is crucial to your well-being, and hearing aids can be a substantial investment. If you answer yes to any of the questions below, you may want to consider leasing your hearing aids:

  • Do you wish to stay current with hearing technology?

  • Have you ever replaced hearing aids within 5 or less years?

  • Does the lowest possible monthly payment better fit into your budget?

  • Do you plan to pay for your hearing aid over an extended period of time?

  • If you didn't have to pay the entire cost at one time, would it be easier to afford hearing aids?

Below are some ways leasing hearing aids can help you achieve better hearing.

Reasons to Lease Hearing Aids:

Cost-of-technology.png

Cost of Technology:

The price of new technology can be more than the product alone. With hearing aids, this cost often includes pre-fitting professional services, the products purchased, post-fitting professional services, warranty, and a number of follow-up appointments, phone calls and related office expenses and services. These costs can add up if you are paying for them in a lump sum!

Rapid Advancements.png

Rapid Advancements:

Your hearing is important to both you and your loved ones, so you want the best. The hearing aid industry is constantly innovating. When you purchase or finance hearing aids, you may find yourself stuck with obselete equipment. A hearing aid lease lets you take advantage of the latest innovations.

Limited Life of Hearing Aids:

The average hearing aid has a life expectancy of 5.7 years. Leasing provides the opportunity to upgrade every three years, which helps avoid maintenance and repurchase issues later on.

Cost vs. Life Expectancy:

Like a car, a hearing aid is an ideal lease product. Its high cost relative to its life expectancy make leasing attractive for consumers who want a low monthly payment along with the flexibility to upgrade.

You've noticed a change ...
But is it really hearing loss?

Did you know that your hearing is directly related to your health? Having an untreated hearing loss can raise your risk for dementia or falling by 3 to 5 times higher than a person with normal hearing?

Relationships are built upon communication and connection. So much of your life depends on being able to interact with people and the world around you. Sound is what adds dimension and joy to your life.

We're here to help you or your loved ones rediscover that joy! We are passionate about our expertise in hearing care, our hearing tests and the hearing aid brands that we select to help you start your hearing journey.

It starts with a complete evaluation; not just a hearing test. This is where we listen to you talk about your life and your needs so that we can recommend the best solution for you.

What to expect during a hearing evaluation:

Step 1:

When you arrive at our office, you will be greeted by our friendly office staff. If you did not complete your patient forms prior to your visit, you will be asked to fill out those forms. Print and complete forms here.

Step 2:

We will go over personal information with you and one of our hearing professionals will ask you questions about the situations and environments in which you are having hearing issues.

Step 3:

We will perform a variety of audiological tests to determine what hearing loss or issues you are experiencing. Rest assured, these hearing tests are painless and non-invasive.

Step 4:

Finally, we will review your test results with you and talk about the best treatment options for you. Our passion lies in providing the appropriate treatment - not just selling you hearing aids.

We offer COMPLETE hearing evaluations!

When we say complete, we mean it. We go above & beyond!

At Sound Hearing Care, we offer you comprehensive hearing evaluations and follow all state requirements. By using  the most advanced digital testing equipment, we can determine the severity and type of any hearing loss found.

Sound Hearing Care is one of only 30% of hearing centers that typically test for processing disorders, which is crucial when fitting hearing aids properly.

Simply put, our focus and passion lies in providing the appropriate rehabilitative treatment - not just selling you hearing aids. Beware of the “Free Hearing Test" which may not be a true hearing evaluation, but rather a cursory screening by a salesperson whose only goal is to sell hearing aids.
